Description: This position is the plant HR generalist for the Miami distribution center. The center has approximately 500 employees and the position reports to the Director of HR. The company is a very fast growing HI- tech distribution company with offices world wide. Candidate will handle all routine HR functions with support from the corporate office in Clearwater. This position could be upgrade both in title and salary if the candidate possess substantial experience in ISO 9000 certifications and TQM training.
