Description: Position is located in a large metro area south of Mexico City and reports to the local Plant Manager and to the Corporate HR Director in the US. The selected individual will be responsible for staffing, organization development, compensation, labor law, safety, process improvement and employee relations. He or she will play an active role in the continued growth and management of the facility. This is in a large facility with approximately 800 employees. The parent company is a multi billion dollar international manufacturer of consumer products. Great opportunity for the right individual. |
Requirements: The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of hands-on Human Resource management experience in a unionized, Mexican manufacturing environment. A degree is required plus a proven track record of dealing with business issues as well as traditional HR related areas. Must be fluent in English and Spanish, have international exposure and have the ability to interface with US Management and Mexican Management (Mexican National prefered).
