Description: Responsibilities In this position, you will:
- Search, develop, structure, and close equity investments to meet strategic needs and objectives of our corporate business development group
- Work to secure investments that are networking and communications related
- Identify and screen potential deals based on an understanding of our strategic interests
- Advise senior Intel executives about the merits of potential deals and various deal structures
- Conduct due diligence and propose/obtain internal agreement on negotiating positions and strategies
- Ensure that the terms of any deal make business sense for Intel
- Work effectively as part of our external negotiating team along with representatives from treasury and legal
- Monitor deals after close to ensure that strategic objectives are satisfied |
Requirements: Qualifications This position requires an MBA or equivalent. You must also possess the following:
- 3 years of product management experience with networking or communications related products
- Experience at a technology start-up, investment bank, or venture capital firm a plus
- Strategic vision of the computer industry in general, as well as current trends
- Excellent financial analysis and business judgement skills
- Strong communication and negotiating skills
