Ability to lead a team to solve complex technical and functional problems and work with accounts in complex political environments. Requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent, advanced degree desirable. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills. Minimum of five years or equivalent experience in relevant computer applications. Extensive knowledge of system and application design. Travel is required.
