Requirements: The ideal candidate has: several years experience managing service programs with budgets over $1 million and federally funded programs, experience working collaboratives, knowledge of employment training programs and CalWORKs, experience managing and building capacity of culturally diverse staff, good fundraising track record, strong budgeting and financial management and excellent writing skills, ability to represent organization and collaborative, negotiate contracts, computer fluency; executive director experience a plus.
