Description: The Country Manager will focus on developing the business strategy in Colombia, designing marketing strategies to build brand name, and managing the company's partnership with Internet B2B market players, financial institutions, and logistic companies.Specific Duties Include: Identity potential alliance partners with financial institutions. Identify potential alliance partners with B2B companies. Develop the strategy in approaching each potential partner. Establish strong partnerships with key B2B market players to achieve brand positioning. You will initiate discussions with such partners, understand the partner's goals and creatively work deals structures to satisfy both parties' needs. Be responsible for assessing the continually expanding Internet environment to identity new relationships and responding to attractive alliance opportunities that present themselves along the way. Achieve in his/her respective country, public awareness and complete understanding on the benefits of company's role in facilitating e-commerce in Latin America. Work closely with other country managers and US management for an integrated business approach. Supervise in-country operations.
