Experienced in purchasing/selling commercial property; construction and permanent financing for commercial and multi-family projects (on borrower's side); negotiate industrial/commercial/retail and offices leases(landlord & tenant perspectives); document, negotiate and close r.e. aspects of corporate acquisitions and dispositions; tax structuring of real estate transactions;resolution of land use/entitlement issues;resolution of title and survey issues; and identifying environmental issues associated with acquisitions,dispositions and secured financings. 4-6 yrs. exp.
