Description: Children's Intensive Case Manager Provide case management, as well as family/individual counseling to emotionally and behaviorally disturbed children (age 5 - 18). Caseload consists of 12 Manhattan families who have a child with an Axis I diagnosis, and are at risk of psychiatric hospitalization or residential placement. Ideal candidate is a team player, computer literate, enjoys extensive field work, and is bilingual in Spanish or Chinese. Excellent benefit package. |
Requirements: Experience working with inner city populations, and an extensive array of service providers (mental health, special education, public assistance, and recreation) required.
