It is embarking on a significant Latin America expansion. Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the sales cycle from new customer lead generation, product demonstration & definition through implementation of business solution. Will apply knowledge of our clients suite of products & services to establish & develop long-term customer relationships by working consultatively with customers to understand existing proceses & operations & to identify needs & opportunities for improvement. Provide detailed product presentations & demonstration to illustrate the effectiveness of our clients products & services. Maximize sales through the aggressive penetration & development of accounts in assigned territory. Work in conjunction with other members of our clients team to ensure the smooth & timely installation &/or delivery of products & services. Prepare & accurate timely sales forecasts & monthly reports. Keep abreast with new & future prodoucts and services in order to help facilitate the selling process.

Requirements
: Minimum of 3-5 years experience selling major account/large ticket ACD systems or CTI applications, preferably to fortune
500 organizations. Background should include a proven sales record with a high level of success & 100%+ achievement of target quotas. An in-depth knowledge of call center hardware & software products & services is required. Candidates must be self motivated, aggressive, energetic, enthusiastic & a team player. Must posses excellent communication, organization & presentation skills. A BS/BA degree is preferred.
